Lamborghini Reventon (spansk udtale: [Reben'ton]) er en mid-motor sportsvogn der debuterede på Frankfurt Motor Show i 2007. Det er den mest kraftfulde og dyreste Lamborghini til dato, og den koster ca. en million euro (~ US 1.250 tusind dollars, eller ~ £ 850.000).

Den officielle pressemeddelelse meddelte at kun 20 køretøjer ville blive frigivet, med en ekstra bil (markeret som 0 / 20) til Lamborghini museet. Selvom tidlige rygter har angivet det samlede antal til at være 100, er hver Reventon klart markeret i rækkefølgen af 20 mellem førerens og passagerens sæder.

På trods af det nye eksteriør, stammer næsten alle de mekaniske dele (herunder motor) direkte fra Murciélago LP640. Ifølge den officielle pressemeddelelse, blev Reventon's udvendige styling inspireret af "de hurtigste fly". For at understrege dette iscenesatte Lamborghini et kapløb mellem en Reventon og et Panavia Tornado jagerfly.
